This was the most beautiful bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. The large room I stayed in was gorgeous and the bed was comfy. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the property. The entrance way made it feel like you were entering a castle with the arch and sculpture in the drive around. The owner is very personable and made it feel like home with a home cooked meal. I will definitely make this a place to stay again.

If you want a relaxing weekend break from London you could not do better than West Compton- charming and affable staff, legendary breakfasts. Stroll in the quiet countryside or visit the vintage town of Bridport nearby – you’ll be back for sure 🙂

Thoroughly comfortable, well appointed suite. Huge bed, gorgeous setting with a patio and views to die for. Lashings of hot water and a proper mug of tea at breakfast, which was then followed by freshly brewed coffee and an apparently endless supply of toast!
